These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AiTricker Testers mobile application ("the App", "our App") and all related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

⚠️ Important

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using AiTricker Testers, you confirm that:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and AiTricker Testers ("we", "us", "our").

About AiTricker Testers

📱 What We Do

AiTricker Testers is a mutual testing community platform for Android app developers. The App facilitates a community where developers help each other by testing each other's apps through Google Play's closed testing program.

How It Works:

  • Developers list their apps for testing on our platform
  • Community members test listed apps through closed testing links
  • Testers earn Sparks (virtual credits) for completing tests
  • Sparks can be used to list your own apps for testing
  • Testing is organized through Quick Lists (individual) and Packs (group sessions)

⚠️ What We Do NOT Guarantee

We are a platform that facilitates connections between developers and testers. We do NOT guarantee:

  • A specific number of testers for your app
  • Google Play Store approval of your app
  • Positive reviews or ratings
  • Any specific outcome from the testing process

Eligibility

✅ Requirements to Use the App

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
  • If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent
  • You must have a valid Google account for authentication
  • You must have access to the Google Play Store
  • You must not have been previously banned or terminated from our platform
  • You must be legally permitted to use the App in your jurisdiction

User Accounts

Account creation and management rules:

👤 Account Rules

  • You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
  • Account creation requires Google Sign-In. You are responsible for the security of your Google account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

User Conduct & Obligations

By using our App, you agree to the following behavioral standards:

✅ You Agree To

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose (mutual app testing)
  • Test apps honestly and provide genuine feedback
  • Respect other community members
  • Follow all Pack rules and daily check-in requirements
  • Only list apps that you own or have authorization to list
  • Keep your testing links active and functional

🚫 Prohibited Activities

You must NOT:

  • Create multiple accounts or use fake identities
  • Manipulate the Sparks system through fraudulent means
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the App
  • Submit fake testing proofs or false check-ins
  • Leave fake, paid, or incentivized reviews or ratings on Google Play for any app tested through this platform
  • Attempt to manipulate app rankings, install counts, or store placement through the platform
  • List apps that violate Google Play policies (malware, spam, deceptive apps)
  • Harass, bully, or abuse other community members
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App
  • Spam the platform with duplicate or low-quality listings
  • Share or sell your account to others
  • Circumvent any platform restrictions, bans, or cooldowns
  • Use the platform for any illegal activity

📝 Reviews & Ratings Policy

AiTricker Testers strictly complies with Google Play's policies on reviews and ratings:

  • Reviews on Google Play are completely optional and are never required to earn Sparks or complete testing
  • Sparks are earned only through app installation and genuine usage verification — never for leaving reviews or ratings
  • Users must not leave fake, misleading, or incentivized reviews on any app's Play Store listing
  • AiTricker does not encourage, reward, or incentivize users to leave reviews or ratings of any kind
  • Violation of this policy will result in permanent account termination

⚠️ Enforcement

Violation of these rules may result in: warnings, Sparks deduction, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or Trust Score reduction — at our sole discretion depending on severity.

Sparks (Virtual Credits)

💰 Important: Sparks Have NO Real-World Monetary Value

Sparks are a virtual, in-app credit system used exclusively within AiTricker Testers. Sparks:

  • Have absolutely no real-world monetary value
  • Cannot be converted to real money, cryptocurrency, or any other currency
  • Cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to other users
  • Cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or redeemed for cash
  • Cannot be transferred between accounts
  • Are non-refundable (they are earned, not purchased)

📈 Earning Sparks

  • Quick List Testing: Earn 20 Sparks per app tested (Free: 20, Basic: 25, Premium: 30)
  • Pack Completion: Earn 100 Sparks bonus upon successfully completing a 14-day Pack (free users only — paid plan users do not earn Pack completion bonus)
  • Welcome Bonus: New users receive an initial Sparks balance upon account creation

💸 Spending Sparks

  • Quick List Listing: Costs 50 Sparks to list your app in the Quick List (7 days, up to 12 testers)
  • Pack Listing: Costs 80 Sparks to join a Pack with your app

Note: Paid plan users (Basic/Premium) do NOT spend Sparks for listings — their plans cover listing fees.

⚠️ Sparks Forfeiture

We reserve the right to deduct, reset, or forfeit Sparks from your account if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity or Sparks manipulation
  • Your account is terminated for policy violations
  • You desert an active Pack (80 Sparks investment lost + 100 Sparks penalty deducted)

All Sparks are permanently forfeited upon account deletion.

Pack Participation

Packs are structured 14-day group testing sessions:

📦 Pack Rules

  • Duration: Each Pack runs for 14 consecutive days
  • Cost: 80 Sparks to join (free users) or free with paid plans
  • Daily Requirement: You must complete a daily check-in by testing at least one app from your Pack every day
  • Completion Reward: 100 Sparks + Trust Score +20 (free users); Trust Score +20 (paid users)

🚫 Pack Desertion

If you leave or are removed from an active Pack (after it has started):

  • Your 80 Sparks investment is NOT refunded
  • An additional 100 Sparks penalty is deducted from your balance
  • Your Trust Score is reduced by 10 points
  • A 24-hour cooldown is applied before you can join another Pack

✅ Queue Cancellation (Before Start)

If you cancel your spot from a Pack queue before the Pack starts:

  • Your 80 Sparks are fully refunded
  • No penalty is applied
  • No Trust Score reduction

Quick List Testing

⚡ Quick List Rules

  • Listing Cost: 50 Sparks per app (free plan), valid for 7 days or 12 testers
  • Daily Testing Cap: 10 apps per day
  • Earnings: 20 Sparks per app tested (Free), 25 (Basic), 30 (Premium)
  • Cancellation: If you cancel before testing begins, your 50 Sparks are fully refunded with no penalty

User-Generated Content

When you submit content to the App (app listings, descriptions, icons), you:

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, Google Play policies, or applicable laws without prior notice.

Paid Plans & Billing

💳 In-App Purchases via Google Play Billing

The App offers paid per-app plans processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. All payment processing, security, and payment method storage is handled by Google. We do not directly handle or store any payment card information.

📦 Available Plans

Basic Plan — ₹399 per app:

  • Your app joins the next available Pack
  • 15 testers assigned
  • No daily check-in needed
  • Testers earn 25 Sparks per test

Premium Plan — ₹599 per app:

  • Your app joins Pack + Quick List
  • Pack testers + 10 Quick List testers
  • No daily check-in needed
  • #1 Priority in Quick List (top of feed)
  • Testers earn 30 Sparks per test
  • Enhanced visibility across the platform

⚠️ Important Plan Details

  • Plans are one-time, per-app purchases — NOT subscriptions
  • Each purchase applies to a single app listing only
  • All users remain "free users" by default — plans are purchased per app as needed
  • Plans are non-transferable between apps or accounts
  • Pricing may change; existing purchases remain valid at the original price

💸 Refunds

Refunds for paid plans are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please refer to the Refund Policy page for complete details.

Trust Score & Accountability

Every user has a Trust Score that reflects their reliability and community standing:

📈 Earning Trust

  • Completing a Pack: +20 Trust Score
  • Consistent daily testing and check-ins
  • Good community standing and rule compliance

📉 Losing Trust

  • Deserting a Pack: -10 Trust Score
  • Submitting false testing proofs
  • Repeated violations of community guidelines
  • Abusing the reporting system

⚠️ Low Trust Score Consequences

Users with consistently low Trust Scores may face restrictions including limited Pack access, reduced visibility, or account suspension at our discretion.

Reporting & Enforcement

🚨 Reporting Violations

If you encounter a user or app listing that violates these Terms, Google Play policies, or is otherwise harmful, please report it through:

  • The in-app reporting feature (if available)
  • Email: aitrickertesters@gmail.com with subject "Report: [issue]"

⚖️ Enforcement Actions

We may take the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations
  • Sparks Deduction: For Sparks-related violations
  • Temporary Suspension: 24 hours to 30 days depending on severity
  • Content Removal: Removal of violating app listings
  • Permanent Ban: For severe or repeated violations

We reserve the right to take action without prior notice in cases of severe violations.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App (including but not limited to code, design, logos, trademarks, and content created by us) are owned by AiTricker Testers or our licensors.

Disclaimers

⚠️ "AS IS" Service

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
  • Accuracy or reliability of any content
  • That the App will meet your specific requirements

📌 Platform Role

We act solely as a platform connecting developers and testers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or functionality of any apps listed on our platform. We do not endorse any listed apps.

Limitation of Liability

⚖️ Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AiTricker Testers and its developers, officers, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any third-party conduct or content on the platform
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the App

Our total aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹599, whichever is less.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AiTricker Testers, its developers, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to:

Termination

👤 User-Initiated Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion through the App's Settings or by contacting us at aitrickertesters@gmail.com. Upon termination, all Sparks are forfeited and all data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

🚫 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the platform or other users
  • Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months)
  • At our sole discretion for any reason

⚠️ Effect of Termination

Upon termination: all Sparks are forfeited, all app listings are removed, access to the App is revoked, and applicable sections of these Terms survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification).

Governing Law & Disputes

⚖️ Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:
