Introduction & Developer Information
📋 Developer Details
App Name: AiTricker Testers
Developer: AiTricker
Contact Email: aitrickertesters@gmail.com
Jurisdiction: Based in India, available to users worldwide
Platform: Android (Google Play Store)
AiTricker Testers is a mutual testing community platform that connects Android app developers with real testers. Developers list their apps for closed testing, and other community members test those apps in exchange for Sparks (virtual credits). The platform facilitates testing through Quick Listings and structured Pack sessions.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the AiTricker Testers mobile application, regardless of location or device. It covers all features of the App including account creation, app listing, Pack participation, Quick List testing, Sparks economy, and in-app purchases.
Age Requirement
🚫 Age Restriction
Our App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
If you are under 13, you must not use the App, create an account, or submit any personal data to us. If you are between 13 and 18, you should review this policy with a parent or guardian.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information and terminate the associated account.
Information We Collect
We collect personal and non-personal information from you to provide, maintain, and improve our Services. Below is a detailed breakdown of all data we collect:
👤 Account Information (via Google Sign-In)
Email Address: Collected automatically via Google Sign-In when you create your account. This serves as your unique identifier and is used for authentication, communication, and account recovery.
Display Name: Your name as set in your Google account. Displayed to other community members in Packs, Quick Lists, and leaderboards.
Profile Photo: Your Google profile picture. Displayed alongside your name in the community.
Google User ID: A unique identifier provided by Google for authentication purposes.
Note: We do NOT store your Google password. We only receive and store OAuth authentication tokens provided by Google Sign-In.
📱 Developer App Details
If you list an app for testing on our platform, we collect the following information that you voluntarily provide:
- App Name — The name of your application
- Package Name — The unique Android package identifier (e.g., com.example.myapp)
- Play Store Link — URL to your app's Google Play Store listing
- Closed Testing Link — The opt-in URL for your app's closed testing track
- App Icon (Photo) — You can upload an app icon image directly from your device's photo gallery. This image is stored on Firebase Storage and displayed to other users. The image is resized to 128×128 pixels before upload.
- App Description — A brief description of your app you provide
This information is visible to other users of the App for the purpose of facilitating testing.
📊 Usage & Activity Data
We collect data about your participation and activity within the App to operate platform features and enforce accountability:
- Pack Activity: Which Packs you join, daily check-in status, completion or desertion status, timestamps
- Quick List Activity: Apps you test, testing timestamps, daily testing count
- Sparks Transactions: Sparks earned (from testing), Sparks spent (on listings), transaction history with timestamps
- Trust Score: Your current Trust Score value and history of changes (increases and decreases)
- Warnings & Cooldowns: Any warnings issued, cooldown periods applied, and their reasons
- Queue Status: Your position in Quick List and Pack queues
💳 Payment & Transaction Information
Payment Method: We use Google Play Billing exclusively for processing all in-app purchases (Basic ₹399 and Premium ₹599 per-app plans). Google Play Billing handles all payment processing.
What We Store: We only store the following minimal transaction data:
- Transaction amount (₹399 or ₹599)
- Plan type purchased (Basic or Premium)
- The app for which the plan was purchased
- User ID of the purchaser
- Date and time of purchase
- Google Play order ID (for verification and support purposes)
What We Do NOT Store: We do NOT store, access, or process credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account details, UPI IDs, or any other payment method information. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing.
🔔 Push Notification Data
We request permission to send push notifications to your device via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). If granted, we store:
- FCM Token: A device-specific token used to deliver push notifications to your device
- Notification Preferences: Your settings for which types of notifications you want to receive
Notifications are used for: Pack updates and reminders, testing reminders, Spark transaction alerts, important service announcements, and community updates.
📱 Installed Apps Data
Our App checks which apps are installed on your device to verify testing participation. Specifically:
- Purpose: When you participate in Pack testing or Quick List testing, the App queries your device to confirm whether you have installed the required test apps
- Permission Used: QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES (Android 11+) — allows the App to detect installed packages
- What We Store: We store a record of which apps you have successfully tested (app package name and timestamp) in our database
- What We Do NOT Do: We do NOT collect a full list of all apps installed on your device. We only check for specific apps that are part of your active testing assignments
This data is essential for the core functionality of the App — verifying that testers have actually installed and tested the assigned apps.
📱 Device Information
Through Firebase services, the following device information may be automatically collected:
- Device model and manufacturer
- Android OS version
- App version installed
- Language and locale settings
